Haiga 765 -Water Haiku 2

Haiku by Taneda Santoka (Japan). Artwork by myself.
I did the English translation, but I am not sure because the first set of words "hyou hyou" is very difficult to translate. Somebody can provide better translation. Nevertheless, the image, I think, compliments the inadequacy. For the haiga, I picked up black crayon and simply drew these lines.

Very beautiful. The open black line which illustrates the image conveys the feeling of freedom expressed in the first line of the haiku. Thanks for sharing.

I like the way the line of the arm suggests a jug or pitcher

Very beautiful!
For the English translation, maybe this can work, too:
"whoosh -
so much relishing
the water"

Great haiku and artwork, a really inspiring blog! :) So much to learn!
