Nabe (pot) meal is a popular menu at the year end party in Japan. It comes with many varieties: beef(shabu shabu), chicken, sea food. In all, vegetables, tofu, noodle, and mochi are added. The soup varies, too, like simple hot water, Chinese soup, Korian spicy soup, miso soup.
