For this haiga, I used the trade mark of Pepsi to represent the ocean swell. I like the resulting simplicity of the image myself, and so did Martin san.
Where I grew up, a small city in a mountainous basin of Japan, coke was not on market. It was only after I moved to Hawaii that I had the first taste of coke. I did not know until then they had small, medium, and large size coke. I of course had a large one, and it was heavenly. Later, I learned a rumor that the drink was not really good for bones. Besides my favorite had shifted from coke to ginger ale already so I stopped drinking coke.
